We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Customer must contact us via email within 14 days of receipt of goods to report the issue with their order.
CLOTHING
Clothing items being returned for exchange must be in original condition, this means not worn or washed, still with the tags attached and preferably in the original packaging. Please include a note stating what you would like in exchange (eg – Size, Colour, Style, etc). Once we receive the returned items we will send out the replacement, if stock is available, as per customer instructions. If stock is unavailable a credit will be issued.
NOTE – If the exchange is due to picking/packing error we will send the replacement items first and provide a pre-paid satchel for the return of the incorrect goods. If the exchange is due to customer error (eg – wrong size/colour/style chosen) they are responsible for the return postage to us and we pay (regular postage only, if you require express shipping please provide your own satchel) to ship replacement.
WHEELS & TYRES
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from when your order has been dispatched to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-negotiables
Wheels or tyres that have been fitted are non- returnable as they will not be in the same condition that you received them. If you have ordered off our website and wish to return your wheels, a 10% restocking fee will apply so please contact us if you are unsure on anything. Additionally if you have an issue with your order that are not at Race Wheels Australia's fault a 10% restocking fee applies as well.
Please note: we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
